GenesisLevel Modeling Agency is definitely on top from what I can see, which is owned by 24-year-old, Alan, from Maryland. Looking through all of the photos, everything is professional, it is clean, the photos pop, and the clothes that are worn during the shoots are rich in color and might I add trendy and stylish. GenisisLevel is really going to out-do themselves this year, I believe. From the looks of it, CEO Alan has done a great deal to be sure that this modeling agency expands and grows in many ways possible. There is nothing better than someone young taking advantage of his sorroundings and using his craft to the best of his abilities to create something genius. The best part about this modeling agency is that there seems to be no discrimination about what "beauty" really is and it shows, from the photos, that it comes in all shapes, sizes, and shade. I like that the models in the majority of the shots have something different about them to identify them, but I am going to assume that finding a talented model, especially one that does not withhold the physical qualities of your everyday person is also apart of the job and embrassing the beauty of people. What you are doing, Alan is astonishing and more than appreciated. It gives people hope that they too can do what you are doing and gives aspiring models motivation to get more involved in modeling as a career. Continue to do what you are doing and moving forward to achieve more and want more.

I got the oppurtunity to speak with Alan and get some background information:

1) What made you start the modeling agency and how long have you been around ?

" What made me start Genesislevel was the strong passion I had for modeling and fashion, When I was younger I always wanted to be a model myself but I never got the opportunity, so as I got older I decided to create my own modeling agency to let people live my dream of becoming a model."

2) Is this a hobby or a career for you ?

"This is definitely a career for me, I have no other option, I want this more than anything! Nothing else excites me more than Geneislevel, this is my first love!"

3)What are your greatest strengths when it comes to being a CEO of a modeling agency ?

"My Greatest strength of being CEO of my company is my ambition for success, I take lead for all my models by showing them that no matter who you are or where you are in your life, if you work hard and have a dream it will become a reality! I was always taught by my mother as I was growing up to be strong and never give up on your dreams."

4) What should everyone expect from you this year?

"What everyone can expect from me this year is more and more success and growth of my company in May I am having the biggest fashion show the DMV area has ever seen, it's called "Planet Genesis" this event will be held "Sunday May 29, 2016"4pm to 8pm at Gorge Washington University! The show is based on the future, we will have the hottest designers and the best models! The show will be very entertaining you don't want to miss this legendary show!"
