L7 is a very talented musician coming out of Atlanta, Ga. I say musician because he does a great deal of things as far as making instrumentals to writing songs to rapping. The guy is talented, I've heard a few things from him myself and I have to give it to L7, I see his music and talent going a long way. He now has a song out with Jazzy Monika on the track as well called "D.I.R.T." It's relatable and everyone should go check it out. L7's style is very unique, honestly unlike any sound that I have ever heard before and definitely shares its own lane when it comes to a comparing and contrasting. He is very passionate about his music and the effort that is put into what he does. It's obviously not easy to master the skill when it comes to creating your own sound and becoming your own individual in an industry where everyone shares the same craft. Continue to build your brand and want more. Your skills will get you far.

I got the opportunity to speak with L7 and ask a few questions:

1) What inspired you to do music and for how long have you been a musician ? " Honestly music is apart of my being, if I step away form one aspect of music I explore another one subconsciously. I started rapping in 5th grade recording with my homie who stayed next door. Then I eventually went to playing instruments in concert bands and marching bands, engineering , producing and dj-ing."

2) What are some of your greatest strengths as a musician ? " I believe my greatest strength is my ability to connect people and the fact I’m a visual thinker , so I use music to express myself in ways words couldn’t, paint a picture I don’t have the talent to paint."

3) Is music a career or a hobby? " Music is life for me point blank period. I'll be vibing until I die. If you take it to serious you’ll loose your passion and sound. If you don’t take it serious enough you could miss the opportunity to present your music to the world."

4) What should everyone expect from you this year ? " 4.) As I always say expect the unexpected from me lol, but you can expect a steady flow of good music with artist I put my stamp on . You can expect to hear me on tracks very soon as well as my goal for 2016 is to produce a track for Smino Brown , G herbo , and Chance the Rapper."
